Maria Maggiore, 81 - 84015 Nocera Superiore (SA), creator and promoter of the activities available on the site www.battisteronocera.it ("Site"), reserves the right to use personal data, voluntarily provided by Users when filling out the contact/booking form, available on the site itself, in compliance with current regulations (art. 13 et seq. Legislative Decree 196/2003) for the protection of personal data.

The contact/booking form made available on the site has the sole purpose of allowing visitors to contact the Manager for information on times and methods of visiting or to book the same.

Visitors are therefore invited to periodically visit this section to keep up to date on changes relating to changes in current legislation.

The data provided by the user will NOT be stored in the Site database.

The Visitor is not obliged to provide the site manager with personal data requested in the contact form. Providing data via the contact form is optional. However, refusal to provide your personal data will make it impossible to contact the website Manager via the contact form made available on the site.

The Manager adopts adequate security measures in order to minimize the risks of destruction or loss of data, unauthorized access or processing that is not permitted or does not comply with the collection purposes indicated in our Privacy Policy.
